I purchased my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers a few months ago (which I originally featured in this post), and got tons of questions from you guys ever since. So many that I thought it was time for a full review! Placed my order on the 28th of April and they were shipped to me by the 30th, so the shipping was really quick and that’s a win in my book

How does the sizing run?
They’re true to size in my experience, at least for me.
Since they don’t stretch and they don’t come in half sizes, I’d recommend sizing up.
Are they comfortable?
Very comfy, and only took a few hours to break in..
Do they hold up well?
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. The laces are intact, and the structure feels strong. Because they already look worn, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
These are the best sneakers I own. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose still come out on top. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is unique. And the shine on mine? Stunning.
Are they worth it?
Absolutely! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re not cheap, so getting them discounted is a better idea. Still, I think they’re worth a few hundred bucks, especially if you find a style that suits you. Mine have pink glitter, but a minimalist version would also be smart.

They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a European 36. They haven’t stretched noticeably, so if you’re between sizes, I’d go up
How comfy are they?
They required minimal break-in time.
Do they hold up well?
Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they’ve held up beautifully. No glitter has fallen off, and the shape stayed solid.
Thanks to the vintage look, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
